AUBURN, Ala. - On Oct. 20, 2026, the Auburn Police Department arrested a 16-year-old, from Auburn, Alabama, on ten felony charges of swatting.

The arrest follows an investigation into multiple reports of false or misleading information that prompted law enforcement responses.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
